Our services are delivered through one-on-one online sessions via video conferencing platforms. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

3. User Accounts

To access our services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information remains current and accurate

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 must have parental consent.

4. Payment and Billing

Payment terms for our tutoring services:

• Payments are due before or immediately after each session
• We accept major credit cards and electronic payments
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Rates may vary by subject and tutor expertise level

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for unused services. Please contact us to discuss refund requests.

5. Scheduling and Cancellation

Session scheduling and cancellation policies:

• Sessions must be scheduled in advance through our platform
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in charges
• No-shows will be charged the full session rate
• We reserve the right to cancel sessions due to technical issues or tutor unavailability

6. User Conduct

Users must not:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or tutors
• Share inappropriate content during sessions
• Attempt to access unauthorized areas of our systems
• Record sessions without explicit consent from all parties
• Use the service to cheat on academic assignments or exams

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate termination of your account.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Noosa Engage, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and educational materials, is protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not:

• Reproduce or distribute our proprietary materials
• Use our branding or trademarks without permission
• Claim ownership of content created by our tutors

Students retain ownership of their own work and assignments discussed during sessions.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Noosa Engage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes or improvements, as results depend on various factors including student effort and engagement.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms. Upon termination:

• Your access to services will cease immediately
• Outstanding payments remain due
• Certain provisions of these terms will survive termination

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
